Most improvement work funded by a school, PTSA, or outside organization can be
accomplished through DSF’s Third Party (school selected contractor) or Journal Entry (DSF contractor) processes.

New DSF Employee Hotline
|
The Division of School Facilities has established a new emergency hotline to keep its employees up to date in the event of severe weather or emergency situations. Employees are advised to call (718)349-5555 to obtain up-to-date information about school and office closings as well as other important notifications. The hotline is setup as an outgoing message center only and will not accept incoming messages.
The information contained on the hotline will also be posted here on the DSF website.

The NYS Office of General Services is pleased to announce the addition of the 8th online training course entitled, “Enhanced Green Cleaning Guidance to Reduce the Spread of Communicable Disease”.
