Featured DSF Improvement Projects
Cool things off by adding window-unit air conditioners. Request
a site visit so that a facilities expert can analyze the electrical and
mounting requirements for your facility, provide a price estimate, and make
arrangements for proper installation. Prices generally fall into two
categories.
Basic
installation without additional electrical requirements.
(Replacement of existing units)

Complex
installation including new electrical wiring.

to $1400, per unit, plus cost of $2500 for installing dedicated
electric circuit(s) |
Please note:
The prices listed are only approximations to help determine if a particular
project might be within range of the school’s budget. Actual prices will depend
on the size of the school and project requirements. The contract manager will
help the school determine the actual price during an initial school visit(s).
In rare cases, some schools are located in electrical grids that can not
support air conditioners.
