SchoolFood provides breakfast and lunch services to children enrolled in the
LYFE Program at 38 sites throughout the city. SchoolFood supports the LYFE
program’s goals by developing age-specific menus following guidelines developed
by the New York State Child and Adult Care Food Program. Our Managers provide
further support by maintaining open communication with LYFE program staff to
ensure that the nutritional needs of the children are met as they get older and
begin tasting new foods.
